Minutes of the Town of Barnes Planning Commission

                                             December 11, 2008

4:00PM

Planning Commission members present: Dave Pease, Mitch McGee, Dick Webb, Gene Ratzel.

Members Absent: Diane Rupnow.

Alternate present: Duke Marten.

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Dave Pease.

Roll call to establish quorum.

Agenda read.

Motion (McGee/Ratzel) to approve agenda. Motion carried.

Motion (Webb/ McGee) to dispense with the reading of the minutes from the last meeting and to approve the minutes. Motion carried.

Public Comments: Jon Harkness- Discussion on zoning overlay request. Further discussion to be held with the County Zoning Department.

Zoning, Land Use Applications:  

1- Peter Martinson; Special Use Permit for an RV extention on County Highway N (just west of the transfer site).  

Motion (Ratzel/ Webb) to approve the request.  Discussion. It meets all requirements. Recommend a 2 year extension. Motion carried.

Motion (Webb/ Marten) to adjourn at 4:25. Motion carried.
