Minutes of the Town Planning Commission

January 14, 2008

Planning Commission members present:  Gene Ratzel, Dave Pease, Donna

Porter

Alternate present:  Duke Marten

Members absent:  Diane Rupnow and Dick Webb

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Gene Ratzel.  Establish quorum

and verification of public notice.  Agenda read.

Approve the agenda.

Motion Ratzel/Pease to dispense with reading and approve last months

minutes of meeting..  Motion carried.

Public Comments:  none

ZONING. LAND USE APPLICATIONS:

Rodney and Linda Schreurs :  55255 George Lake Road

Permission to leave RV on property for a 3-year period to have time to

build a cottage.

Motion Porter/Marten to approve.

Discussion and motion to approve with stipulation of a 2-year period.

Carried.

Motion Porter/Marten to adjourn at 4:30.  Carried.
