Plan Commission Meeting May 12,2011
   
    Meeting called to order at 4:00 P.M.
    Present Dave Pease, Gene Ratzel, Dick Webb, Mitch McGee
    Motion to approve agenda.  Webb/Ratzel carried
    Motion to dispense with reading of minutes of previous meeting and approve the
    minutes.  Webb/McGee  approved
    No one present for Public Comment
    Zoning/Land Use Application.
    Conditional use request by Earl Gregoire (who was present) for a Shoreland Grading permit for   three building sites for access road/driveways on East Eightmile Lake.
    Motion to approve request Webb/Ratzel- carried.
    Request meets zoning requirements and is in harmony with the Town Land Use Plan
