Citizen Request For Service

Town citizens can file a Request for Service form to address a complaint, concern, or other needs related to the Town of Barnes. To submit a request for service fill out the form below. If you prefer to mail the form or hand deliver to the office use the following link: Request for Service form.

The completed form is then filed with the Clerk/Treasurer at the Town Office.
The clerk will forward the form to the appropriate department for review and resolution.
If there is no possible resolution or the department seeks guidance from the Board it will be referred to the Town Board.
At a regular Town Board meeting and as an agenda item, the Town Board will consider the request for discussion to review accumulated research and give their recommendation. The Citizen who submitted the request will be notified in writing after a determination has been made.
