MINUTES OF THE BOARD OF REVIEW

TOWN OF BARNES

May 19, 2005

Town Supervisor Chris Webb called the Board of Review to order at 6:00PM. Those present were Webb, Assessor Mike Hoffman, Supervisors Dixie Chermack, Donna Porter and Jack Meinke. The Alternate selected to replace the Board Member not in attendance was Lu Peet. The remaining Alternate, Gene Ratzel was also present. Clerk/Treasurer Elaine Brustad was present.

The Assessment Roll was checked for obvious errors and omissions by Clerk Elaine Brustad.

Assessor Mike Hoffman signed the roll book in the presence of the Board.

Clerk Brustad swore in the Assessor Mike Hoffman. This would be for all testimony given by Mr. Hoffman at this meeting of the Board of Review.

There was no one who came before the Board to object to their assessment.

Motion (Meinke/Porter) to close the Board of Review. Motion carried. Board of Review was adjourned at 8:00PM.
