Meeting Minutes of the Reconvened Board of Review

of the Town of Barnes

Tuesday, August 4, 2009

Chairperson Lu Peet called the meeting to order at 5:00PM. Those present were Donna Porter, Jack Meinke, Chris Webb, Lu Peet and Elaine Brustad. A quorum was established.

The Clerk, Elaine Brustad verified notices were sent to each person who the Board made a determination on at the last meeting of the Board of Review on July 30, 2009. The seven notices were sent on August 4, 2009 by certified mail, return receipt requested. There was no other business to transact.

Motion (Brustad/Webb) to adjourn the final meeting of the Board of Review for 2009. Motion carried by vote of 5-0. The meeting was adjourned at 5:06PM.
