MINUTES OF THE

FIRST MEETING OF THE BOARD OF REVIEW

May 28, 2009

Chairperson Lu Peet called the Board of Review First Meeting to order at 7:30AM. Members present were Lu Peet, Mitch McGee, and Chris Webb.

Due to the fact the Assessment Roll was not yet complete the Board of Review will adjourn to meet on July 30, 2009 from 5:00 to7:00PM. Open Book will be scheduled Saturday, July 11, 2009 from 1:00PM to 5:00PM at the Barnes Town Hall.

Motion (McGee/Webb) to adjourn the first meeting of the Board of Review until July 30, 2009 at 5:00PM. Motion carried. The meeting was adjourned at 7:35AM.
