Fire Chief
and Ambulance Director Tom Renz said he got notice he
would be receiving a $14,000.00 grant this year, and he would use the monies
for boots, helmets, helmet lights, hoses, and 2 digital radios. The grant is a 50/50 match, so would need a motion
to increase the fire department capital outlay budget by $7,000.00 for 2006. He
will need to purchase the items then will get reimbursed in 2007. The other $7,000.00 is already in the budget.

Department Capital Outlay $7,000.00.
Roll call vote taken, all aye. Motion carried.

which had been expensed and the grant monies had already been received. Motion

roadwork. Roll call vote taken, all ayes. Motion carried.
The board

out also if there were certain items the transfer site cannot take.
Clerk Brustad brought the letter received from Scott Fibert, Bayfield County Clerk regarding the charges for
having them do the SVRS input and setup of elections in the future. Currently
she had been doing the work, but it seemed to her with the time she spent on
doing the input, it would be far cheaper
