SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING

Tuesday, October 3, 2006

Chairman Collyard called the Special Town Board Meeting to order at 5:30PM. All Board Members were present. The Agenda for the meeting was as follows:

AGENDA

1) Bid Opening for Jim Miller Road Reconstruction

Collyard opened the first bid from FDJ’s Construction. Jerry Witt expained the bids would be presented in two stages, stage 1 would be for the reconstruction, stage 2 would be for the erosion control.

FDJ’s stage 1 $57,600.00

FDJ’s stage 2 $ 6,155.00

Total $63,755.00

The second bid opened was from Olson Brothers Contractors

Olson Brothers stage 1 $46,875.00

Olson Brothers stage 2 $ 6,155.00

Total $53,030.00

Last bid opened was from Steve Balscik

Balscik stage 1 $40,876.40

Balscik stage 2 $ 6,525.00

Total $47,401.40

Motion (McGee/Porter) to accept the bids from Steve Balscik as his was the lowest bid. Roll call vote: Porter-yes, Meinke-yes, McGee-yes, Webb-yes, Collyard-yes. Motion carried.

Motion (Webb/Meinke) to adjourn the meeting of October32, 2006. Motion carried. Meeting was adjourned at 5:40PM.
