MINUTES OF THE

SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING

Tuesday, September 5, 2006

Chairman Collyard called the Special Town Board Meeting to order at 5:35PM. All Board Members were present. The Agenda for the meeting was as follows:

AGENDA

1) PUBLIC HEARING FOR DRIVEWAY ORDINANCE

2) BUDGET FOR 2007

There was no one present for the Driveway Ordinance hearing. Collyard said the lowest bid for propane for the year was received from Polar Gas for $1.34 per gallon. Motion (Meinke/Porter) to accept the low bid amount from Polar gas. Motion carried.

Budget items for Revenues and Expenses were discussed. The next meeting will be on Monday, September 11, 2006 at 3:30PM. The Board will go into closed session at that meeting to discuss employee wages and increases for 2007. The Board members also wanted to talk with Tom Renz about his proposed budget items for Fire Inspector Training and Capital Outlay expenses.

Motion (Webb/Porter) to adjourn the Special Town Board Meeting of September 5, 2006. Motion carried. The meeting was adjourned at 8:20PM
