SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING

TUESDAY AUGUST 30, 2005

5:00PM AT THE TOWN HALL

Chairman Collyard called the meeting to order at 5:15PM. Collyard read the agenda as follows:

AGENDA

1) Purchase of 50 flags for 4^th of July Celebrations

2) Board will continue to go over budget figures for 2006 budget

Collyard said the flags that have been used to hang on the 4^th of July are old and frayed. He checked through various magazines and online and Overstock has them with an aluminum pole for $12.99 each with only $3.00 shipping total.

Motion (Webb/Porter) to approve the purchase of 50each 3x5’ flags from Overstock.com for $12.99 each. Motion carried.

The Board then continued to go over the budget figures for 2006. The next meeting for budget review will be September 15^th at 5:00PM. A Special Town Board meeting was set for the 1^st of September at 3:00PM for the purpose of looking at the assessor bids received.

Motion (Chermack/Porter) to adjourn the Special Town Board meeting of August 30, 2005. Motion carried. The meeting was adjourned at 8:10PM
