MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING OF AUGUST 22, 2005

Chairman Collyard called the Special Town Board Meeting to order at 6:15PM

Present were Board Members Jack Meinke, Dixie Chermack, Dick Collyard and Chris Webb. Donna Porter was absent (5:30PM). The Clerk-Treasurer, Elaine Brustad was also present. There were no others present. The Agenda for the meeting was as follows:

1) Approval for Conservation Club to install two Bow and Arrow Targets at the Rifle Range

2) Approval for wedging to be done at the Lake Road Bridge

3) Board will continue to go over budget figures for 2006 budget

Chairman Collyard showed the Board members the map of where the targets would be placed. The Conservation Club would be doing the installation and purchase of materials. Motion (Webb/Meinke) to approve the installation of 2 targets at the Rifle range by the Conservation Club. Motion carried.

Motion (Webb/Chermack) to approve the wedging of Outlet Bay Road Bridge and Lake Road Bridge fo $4,000.00. Motion carried. This was brought up at the Regular Board Meeting and needs to be done before the sealcoating of Lake Road is done.

The Board then looked at Revenues for the 2006 budget. Clerk will get figures for all fulltime and part-time employees with benefits. She will also get insurance figures for the 2006 budget. The next Special Board Meeting for the budget will be August 30^th at 5:00PM. There was no other business discussed.

Motion (Chermack/Porter) to adjourn the Special Board Meeting of August 22, 2005. Motion carried. The meeting was adjourned at 7:50PM.
