MINUTES OF THE
Members of the Comprehensive Land Use Planning Committee present: Lee Wiesner, Gene Ratzel, Donna Porter, Marcia Wellnitz, Leslie Hall, Carol LeBreck, Duke Marten, Earl Gregoire, Dave Pease, Jay Strucel, Tim Kane and Patrick Beilfuss.
Also present: Dick Collyard and Mitch McGee.
The meeting was called to order at
Motion (Lee Wiesner / Marcia Wellnitz) to approve the minutes of the
last CLUP Meeting. Call for discussion. Motion carried.
There was discussion that we need to streamline the implementation process.
There will be an Open House on
1. There will be Informational Material available and displays.
2. Open House- Will review and address concerns to get at any conflicts discussed. The CLUP
wants to be comfortable before the Public Hearing. The implementation will hopefully be
done by next month (August).
The Open House meeting needs to be posted due to the fact
that 3 or more Plan Commission, Planning Committee or Town Board members may be
present at this meeting on
The committee went through the pages of our implementation. The priorities to streamline the list were discussed.
If you have any other specific issues, let Patrick know and he will add them to the list.
Lee Wiesner and Leslie Hall each made a presentation regarding the PUD’s and how we could perhaps change the zoning.
