MINUTES OF THE TOWN OF BARNES COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE COMMITTEE

OF DECEMBER 10, 2003

The following 26 people met at 6:30PM at the Barnes Town Hall to fold the cover letter and community survey, label and stuff the 1675 envelops:

Members of the community; Mary Jo Scharlau, Caroline Kearns, Norb Kearns, Kay Hoyer, Carol Pease, Rita Johnson, Jim Johnson, Sharron Marten, Dave Pederson, Pat Springer, Butch Springer, Bobbie Pearson, Ron Pearson, Marie Hughes, David Hughes, Kay Leppien, Susan Pagnuci, Jocelyn Winkel, Gale Chermack and Patrick Beilfuss.

Members of the committee; Dave Pease, Dave Scharlau, Lee Weisner, Leslie Hall, Duke Marten, and Dixie Chermack.

(Absent from the committee were Don Zigman and Marcia Wellnitz.)

All of this was accomplished in 1 ½ hours. The committee wants to thank all of those who helped.

On December 11, 2003 1675 surveys were mailed.

The next meeting will be Wednesday, January 14, 2004 at the Barnes Town Hall.
